i am awaiting the results of a chlamydia test. If it is possitive i must have picked it up a year and a half ago. Since this time i have been having regular unprotected sex with my current partner. If i am positive will i have definately passed it onto her or is there a chance she isn't infected

Well, there are no definites in medicine.  If you are positive, then there is certainly a possibility that you may have infected your partner.  The only way to know would be to test.

I would highly encourage your partner to be tested and treated if positive.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
