uti, penile nerves, yeast or fungas and dribbling too...

41 yr old male, 5 years ago started dribbling after done urinating,dr said dont worry as long as its a small amount. today my prostate is slightly enlarged. I just finished 14 days of bactrim and urine is clear but ureatha and area around feel different.(dribbling seems to have gotten worse now dribbles before im done peeing) Urologist advised sitz baths and they did an ultrasound which said I wasnt emptying bladder, did test 1 week later went from .34 urine left to .25? doctor gave me flomax and said if this does not work hell look with cystoscope for blockage? the flomax does not seem to be working. my prostate has never felt better even before flomax I am taking beta sistorol and stinging nettle with some progestrone cream although  still slightly enlarged it feels better,my main  problem is my NERVES, they feel  over-stimulated like Im on the edge of an orgasm this feeling comes and goes. my urine smells grainy, and I have a yeast, fungal infection by my glans and at the end of my shaft about the size of a dime. my regular doctor said it was proably from the dribbling. my regular doctor gave me  clotrimazole cream 1%. my urologist discounted yeast as a cause he did not look at penis he only did a rectal prostate exam only. this morning my nerves where bothering me and it looked like the rash wash back I put the forementioned cream on and the nerves felt better, can yeast or a fungas cause the uretha and the nerves stimulation and or inflamation? can infection outside cause the symptoms inside? what could be setting the nerves off? or could their be a blockage in the uretha causing urine to get trapped thus leading to more uti's? help!

Tough to say without examination.  It is possible that a yeast or fungal infection can lead to the symptoms you described.  With a normal cystoscopy, it would be unlikely that a urethral blockage (i.e. either stricture or polyp) is present.

Another consideration would be a prostatic abscess - which would not be improved with antibiotics.  You may want to inquire about imaging studies to evaluate for this possibility (i.e. a transrectal ultrasound).

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
