Restricted Ejaculation!

by rogert29, Mar 09, 2005 12:00AM
This might be a somewhat unusual question! About a week ago I used a penis ring to help maintain a firmer erection. The problem is that it was to tight and when I reached orgasm, no semen was discharged and I felt an extreme pain in my scrotum. Since then I've been able to get an erection! Is this something I should be concerned about, or will it correct itself in time?

An obstruction can be possible - it is tough to say without examination.

You can consider an ultrasound of both the penis and the scrotum to evaluate for any anatomical damage, as well as damage to the blood vessels.

If negative, you can consider evaluation the prostate via a digital rectal exam or a urine test looking for infection or STDs.

I would consider a referral to a urologist for further evaluation.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
