i am a 43 yr. old male. 5'-7'' tall currently weighing 240 lbs. no stress. i am also on 50 mgs. prozac, 40 mgs. zocor, and have recently started using 100 mgs viagra. while the viagra does help to not lose my erection, it has not solved my e.d. i believe my problem is in lack of positive feeling in my penis during intercourse. without the viagra i would also lose my erection as frustration grows over non-completion (ejaculation). masturbation is easier with 100% completion - however, sometimes

Various neurological problems can lead to a lack of feeling.  Diabetes should also be considered.  



Another possible cause would be the use of prozac - where sexual dysfunction is a known side effect.  



You should discuss these possibilities with your personal physician.  Tests for diabetes can be done via a blood samples, and a neurologist can look for any nerve dysfunction.  



Discussion of modifying the prozac regimen should also be discussed if the symptoms continue.



Followup with your personal physician is essential.
