Slight Pain In Left Testicle and Left Thigh

Hi
I am 25 years old guy. Almost two months ago I started dating this girl I met. We didn't have sex but she gave me oral sex during which she was a little aggressive. she slighly bit the head of my penis during oral sex. It didn't do any damage since it was not really a bite. No cut or anything. But recently almost a month ago I saw small about 1 mm size bumps in rows on the underside of the head of the penis. 3 on left and 3 on right. Whitish/red colored. They don't itch or hurt. And they are in rows. There is also one in the middle of the row. They usually disappear if I don't masturbate. The girl tested for STD/HIV all negative.
Why I am telling you this is just to give you a back ground about what is it and is it related to what I am about to tell you.
Almost during that time I also got a job in which I usually have to sit on a very comfortable chair most of the time. Recently I have felt slight pain in left leg where the thigh meets the abdomen. I thought it's just the leg but I also feel slight pain in my left testes and it being a little harder then the right one. I don't feel a hard bump or lump on it. Is there some kind of pipe or vein going from the penis to the testes at the front since I feel it being a little swollen. The left testes also is more sensitive to pain if I press it a little. I am very much worried about this problem. I don't know if it is related to long sitting at my job or an infection due to the oral sex. Hope to hear a reply soon.

Possible causes would be infection (STD or epididymitis) as well as the various causes of scrotal masses, which can include a cyst, hydrocele, varicocele, or cancer.
I would obtain urine tests or a urethral swab to evaluate for possible infection ot STDs as well as a scrotal ultrasound. The ultrasound would be able to determine any of the scrotal masses listed above.
These options should be discussed with your personal physician or urologist.
Followup with your personal physician is essential.
