problem

I have had a problem since last November that doesn’t seem to want to go away. The edge of the head of my penis is reddish and a little swollen. It feels raw and sometimes sore. Almost like it was sand papered. I am circumcised. The skin just below the head and the lower skin on the head are also reddish. I have noticed that sometimes and especially after sex I get a raised hard ridge that runs a little below the head in the back and the sides. This lasts a couple of days. I also get shinny small spots on the edge of the head that are very sensitive. I have seen a doctor. I have had a full array of STD tests all of which came out negative accept for herpes one. Which I’m told is just related to cold or mouth sores. My doctor doesn’t see anything wrong accept that it looks irritated. Although I haven’t told him about the ridge. I also tested positive for blood in my urine and went to a urologist. They went in with a scope and said everything looks fine. When I asked him about the irritation he said to try different underwear or detergent. They have also had me use an ant fungal and steroid cream. Neither of which has had much effect. I do have an upcoming appointment with a dermatologist. This all started a few days after receiving oral and manual stimulation from a high risk person. Do you have any ideas or suggestions?

This seems to be a repeat of the question below.
