Unusual ejaculation

Alright my question is kind of embarassing. Recently for the past two weeks I've been on some pretty strong antibiotics for a possible upper respiratory first they gave a 5 day prescription of Azithromycin 250mg, and my cough still hadn't gotten better so I went back a week later and another doctor then gave me 10 days worth of Amoxicillan 500mg twice day. I masturbate about once a day and had been since the start of my treatment and everything was as normal, but the first day I had started taking the Amoxicillan when I masturbated that night I noticed that when I climaxed the ejaculate was extra white and a little thicker than normal, but not really to an abnormal in the same respect, and after I was finished my testicles felt almost like I had blue balls, sorry for slang term, right after almost like I still wanted to ejaculate a little more but stopped. That feeling only lasted a maybe a minute or less, but was still unusual for me. Because of that I figured I'd lay off of masturbating for the next day or so, and then yesterday I decided to give it a try again and then when I was about to climax I ejaculated a full ejaculation without feeling like I climaxed and then continued a litte longer and then had another ejaculation and then followed by the "blue balls" feeling exactly as before, this ejaculate was also extremely white. Also since I started the Amoxicillan I wake up once at night after sleep about 4 hours every night and have to urinate, and a 2 times in the past 3 days its felt like I had to urinate and couldn't till I drank more water, though I think that it was in my head because I had just urinated not that long ago maybe 30 minutes. All other times though I have no problem urinating and I drink a lot of water, and there is no burning, abdominal pain, or any other symptoms I could feel, and I also don't have any discharge or swelling of my testes or anything either and I haven't been exposed to any STD's because I haven't been having sex for a while. My question finally is, could it be that from being on all these antibiotics, plus zyrtecD and benzonatate 200mg cough suppressant I'm experiencing side effects that affect my ejaculation and urination abnormalities? Or if not what could possibly be a reason for this? I'm going to the doctor regardless next week but I just wanted to get an idea in the mean time because this is very unusual and I'll admit a year ago I had a Chlamydia infection that I had taken care of and I was retested negative, but I know what its like to have an infection like that this isn't anything like it. Thanks for any info you can give, as I've tried to be as thorough as possible in detailing my problem.

Although possible, I am not aware of these symptoms being a side effect of the medications you are taking. It is possible to have some amount of variation between the appearance of the ejaculate.
Infection can certainly be considered - including STDs and prostatitis. Obtaining urine samples as well as urethral swabs can be considered. A rectal exam can be considered to evaluate the prostate. Imaging the prostate can be considered for a more definitive evaluation.
You can discuss these options with your personal physician, or in conjunction with a urology referral.
Followup with your personal physician is essential.
