I had unporotected sex with a female July 15th .Around middle to late October I noticed a small quarter sized red spot on the inside of my left thigh that burned it was about at my penis level. At this time I started to get a burning sensation in both inside thighs ( upper and lower ) that lasted until end of November . Around December 15th my penis became sore . I saw a docter at a std clinic on Dec 21rst, I tested neg for GON , SHYP , and CLAHMY . He said the soreness and was probably jock ithch. Told me to take cantesteen . I did for a week . It helped but now as of today my penis hurts even more , the pain is in the head of the penis .The head of my penis is larger than usual and I am now feeling pain just above the penis on my lower pelvis and on the left side on the pelvis near the base of the penis .Also I have been very itchy around my genitals and the at the base of the penis .I also have loose bowel movement with my stomach really growling. I sent the same note to your herpes forum and they thought that I did not have herpes or HPV .I was just swithched to Prexige which is an anti nflamatory for anklosing spondylitis on Nov 23rd.Could I be having areation to the new medication ? Do you have any thoughts on what I may posibbly have .In late December I felt extremly tired and went to hospital they said all my results were fine.

You have had several tests looking for STDs.
Testing the prostate can be considered - including imaging with a transrectal ultrasound or doing a prostatic massage - to evaluate for prostatitis. If present, it may require extended courses of antibiotics.
A referral to a dermatologist can be considered to evaluate the redness. Dermatitis or superficial skin infection can all be possible.
These options can be discussed with your personal physician. Referrals to a dermatologist and/or urologist can all be considered.
Followup with your personal physician is essential.
