I had unprotected sex about a year ago and like a week after we had sex i went to the bathroom and my urine came out like a sprinkler and it was not painful but irratating. I went to the doctor he did all the test and said everything was negative i was tested for stds and passed everything. but I still felt the same and yes there is no discharge but i can fill something in there and if u look in the head of the penis u can see fluids in there. I went to the doctors twice and didn't get any help they gave me medication to fix a yeast infection but that didn't help. So now at that time i figured that nothing was wrong and i had unprotected sex with my new girlfriend and she started having white funky discharge come out of her vagina. It smelled and when she takes off her panties you can see the discharge on her panties. She went to the doctors and they saw the discharge and tested it and said the same thing they said to me that it was nothing wrong. But I know there is something wrong because i never had this problem before I had sex with the previous girl and my girl hasn't had it until she had sex with me. There is nothing on my penis to make it look like an std, but when i ejaculate it also hurts a little bit. Also i don't know if this will help but me and my girlfriend have sex unprotected all the time and she never gets pregnant and the last girl i was with said she couldn't get pregnant I was wondering if it is something that attacks the reproductive system.

Infection needs to be ruled out. This can be done with a urine test as well as prostatic exam including massage. Any prostatic fluid needs to send for analysis and culture.
I would also consider a transrectal ultrasound to evaluate for any prostatic abscesses.
If infection has been ruled out, you can consider a cystoscopy to rule out anatomic causes, such as a urethral stricture or polyp.
These options can be discussed with your personal urologist.
Followup with your personal physician is essential.
