Erection shape change

I am a 55 year old male in good health and have never suffered from any penis problems, either erection or appearance. Within the last 2 weeks I have noticed that my penis has changed shape when erect. The right side below the head seems to have what I will call 2 tire tracks or concave ruts. At these locations, it seems as though the tissue has receded and there is a noticeable difference in fullness. There does not seem to be any loss of sensation or function but the appearance is alarming. When flaccid, the appearance is normal. Have you seen anything like this?

Peyronie's Disease caused by plaques in the penis can lead to an abnormal curvature. An ultrasound of the penis can evaluate for this.
Normally, this condition is treated conservatively. More invasive treatments can include injection of medications as well as surgery.
These options can be discussed with your urologist.
Followup with your personal physician is essential.
