[More]le is pretty minimalist. I cook most of our meals from scratch, we split and stack the fire wood, work our garden, and build or invent much of what we need.
My first panics began when I was 7 and continued, off and on until about age 52, lasting generally for 6 months to 2 years at a run. The last episode drove me to get some serious help, and a course of talk therapy and support of drugs, plus actions I have taken have resulted in a nice recovery and I've been problem free longer than at any time in my life. I'm a forum participant because 1) I can say with honesty to those who suffer that there is a way out and 2) I have enough experience with it to be helpful. 3) At my age, I have been through most of the ages and stages of everyone else.
