Why are my ears ringing

To: why are my ears ringing

Yes that is happening to me. The ringin sound has been happening for a few days now. Somtimes i feel there is pressure in my ear. Mostly in my left ear. I am only 13 years old and wanted to ask is this normal for my age. And is it serious????

Regarding 'ear ringing sounds' - read in a "First Magazine" sometime ago to do the following - which I did, and it did seem to 'quiet' it a bit. Give it a try from time to time; hopefully it will help a bit:
Put hands to ears and with fingers rub bottom
