I am also curious about the methadone withdrawals.I started a clinic about 3 months ago and have kept my dosage at 85 cause I am afraid to get too high up on it. Now I am hearing of how hard it is to even taper off of methadone and I am seriously scarred

Does it have to be a benzo to help sleep? My friend has Neurontin and also Seroquel which she has give me when having trouble sleeping.
Would those be safe to use along with the vitamins to bring on sleep??
