I must agree with Wait2long.  These are opinions, not facts.  More information should come from people using Suboxone.   It saved my life.

I would have still been popping percs and oxys if I based my decision on this article.     I was on maintinance and got off sub with no problems along with alot of other people I know. NOT reading this article saved my life!

I would like to hear some positive stories like those above from those who have been on sub. I am on Day four and have had some interesting experiences.

I agree totally with this article.  I was on vic's (norco) for several years...up to 20-30 of the 10/325's.  Then went briefly on methadone...due to logistics, I quickly switched to subutex.  I stayed on it about three months.  I tapered as told, but stil

felt as if a mack truck had run over me!  (And it takes four days for withdrawals to even start).  I went back on methadone...but was able to taper down enough to switch back to Sub.

I'm confused about the part that talks about PAWS from Sub being the worst because the brain is constantly flooded with meds, and the neurotransmitters that produce the body's natural substances are always shut down.  I know that this is true of opiates,

Articles like this scare me, because it is so new that we really don't know the long term effects.  I have been on it for 9 months, and I am scared to death of how I am going to feel without it.  I had anxiety problems before drugs, which is why I start

Now I think that the Sub has been a crutch for me, to not have to start feeling the way I did before drugs.  I know I need to get into counseling before I begin to taper, but part of me doesn't see how it could possibly help.  Mental issues are so much ha

Time is all we have and all we use to judge our experience with!  Suboxone can't save lives just as it can't take lives, remember bullets don't kill or save lives either.  Suboxone is just another tool and if used properly it will help some people over co

does anyone know of any doctors in michigan that help with recovering addicts and pain management for a different medical problem?  I have been on suboxone for 9 months (8 mg  2 x day) but recently was diagnosed with a condition that causes all over body

This article is 100% correct.  I was on sub for years and when I tried to taper, the w/d was tons worse than my DOC.  I had to go through an 8 day medical detox to finally get off sub once and for all.  PAWS was severe for about a month, but seems to be b

Funny how just a yr or so ago, people were so happy to have this "miracle" drug..-what a JOKE! I have been off Sub for 3 weeks after 2yrs of taking it and i still can barely function! plus my greedy doc never wanted to taper me, just kept taking my $$. If
