Practice these thoughts when you are NOT in the middle of an anxiety attack.  Let them become second nature to you.  These suggestions are extremely helpful.  Practice, practice, practice.  It really does work.

EASY to do 1 by 1.BUT#9 is the hardest thing to do.FACING UR FEARS, & Accepting Them .While trying NOT to 'WHAT-IF",these thoughts caused me to have to change some core beliefs.What had kept me alive in the wars, NOLONGER SERVED ME in CIVILIAN LIFE! Thank

I have done most of the things listed here I dont suffer from panic now I put it down to doing the things or a lot of them listed here,,they do work, they become a habit, anyone who suffers GAD and Panic trust me they are worth trying..I dont have either
