Just to let you know, there are a few side effects to taking large amounts of 5htp and SamE. First off, 5htp is actually used as a weight loss aid as it suppresses the appetite. It also causes nausea and diarrhea, as does SamE. it is probably not necessary to take both, as it could increase the chance of side effects. Throw in a few thousand mgs of vitamin C and you'll be in the bathroom all day, which is not what you need when going through WDs. Just FYI, be careful not to overdo these.
