Lactose intolerance is the inability to digest lactose. Lactose is a type of sugar found in milk and other dairy products. Symptoms appear one at a time (i.e. sneezing, runny nose, congestion)
Symptoms occur all at once.
Typically last 7-10 days.
Continue as long as you are exposed to the allergen.
