Do you know your employment rights? The JAN is a service provided by the United States Dept. of Labor to assist you. If you are disabled you have legal rights that protect you and your employment. This includes the ADA (American with Disabilities Act), the FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act), along with reasonable job accommodations that can be made to keep you employed, while helping you to meet job demands. This may be very helpful to you should you have to discuss your health matters with your employer, or should you not be able to work at all.
