January reflects the beginning of a new year and many of us make a New Year's resolution of weight loss. In 2009, our shared community resolution is to participate in the Dream, Believe and Achieve Challenge.
Our goals are simple and yet profound as we strive to be the best we can be and foster the friendships formed in our MedHelp Weight Loss & Dieting Community. This support structure provides us with information, friendship, support, encouragement and motivation that allows us to consistently and steadfastly strive for weight loss through health, wellness and fitness.
It's not a diet, it's a lifestyle change that involves nutritional food choices and moderate exercise. You're not alone and TOGETHER, WE CAN DO THIS!
