Excellent, excellent Idea... and I would think that 1/2 C of bleach in a tub full of water would be fairly diluted down. Esp. if it's only a few times a week. Thank you for that information.  Something I think is certainly worth a try.

That is INSANE!  I would never put ANY amnt of bleach in my child's bath water!!!  How about trying to determine the cause of the eczema?  Like with my son it is a dairy allergy.  No dairy, no eczema.  And no bleach baths I might add!!!
