Picture your health perfect with #LOLjan 

At the start of every year, we reflect on ways to become healthier and happier in the months ahead. Whether your goal is to start a garden, quit smoking, laugh more or learn a new language, this year take that leap by joining in MedHelp’s Lift on Life photo-a-day challenge for the month of January!

For 31 days starting January 1^st, take a photo inspired by the word of the day listed below. Then share your photo on Instagram, Pinterest, Google+ or Twitter with the hashtag #LOLjan.

We’ll hunt down our favorite pictures from each week and share them in a photo album on our Facebook page. You can also search for #LOLjan on Instagram, Pinterest, Google+ or Twitter and see what inspires others.

How do I join #LOLjan?

If you don’t already have an account on Instagram, Pinterest, Google+ or Twitter, set one up and follow MedHelp (just type “MedHelp” into the search bar and click the “follow” button). Each day, take a word-inspired picture and post it to one (or all!) of the four social media networks. Tag it with #LOLjan so that everyone can see your photo!

What do I need?

All you need is a camera or your smartphone, a little creativity, and access to Instagram, Pinterest, Google+ or Twitter.

Does it matter which social network I upload my photos to?

For this challenge, we are using Instagram, Pinterest, Google+ and Twitter. You can choose to use one, two, three or all four platforms! Use whichever of those four that you like best and are most comfortable with.  

What if I miss a day?

Don’t fret. Make up the days you missed or skip them all together and move on to the present day. You can participate as much or as little as you want!

Can I participate if I don’t have an account on Instagram, Pinterest or Twitter?

You won't be able to upload photos, but you can view the Instagram photos online on Statigram without having to make an account. Just type #LOLjan in the search bar to see all the photos. We will also create a Facebook album of our favorites!
