With the warmer weather and longer days, springtime is the perfect time to get active. Aim for five 30-minute workout sessions each week. And remember, exercise doesn't have to happen in a gym. Do any activity you enjoy — take a walk in the fresh air with coworkers on your lunch break, go for a bike ride with your kids, or play tennis with friends.
