The Glowing Skin Diet

Say No to a Sun-Kissed Glow

Say No to a Sun-Kissed Glow

A starchy diet isn't the only thing that can damage the collagen in skin cells. Prolonged exposure to sunlight and environmental pollutants can both dry out your skin and also cause collagen to break down. As you age, your body naturally produces fewer new skin cells to replace damaged ones. The combination of lack of moisture from sun exposure and reduced skin cell turnover can cause your skin to look lifeless and make wrinkles more pronounced.
