More B12 for the 50+ Crowd

They say: "Individuals ages 50 and over: Consume foods fortified with vitamin B12 such as fortified cereals or dietary supplements."
In other words: If you're 50 or older, look for foods that have vitamin B12 added to them. If you're not eating foods that are fortified with B12, take a supplement.
Try: Starting your day with a fortified cereal like Wheaties or MultiGrain Cheerios.
