Tempted by eggnog? Think of it this way: why drink your calories when you could enjoy eating holiday treats instead? Noshing on a sugar cookie or a serving of mashed potatoes is way more satisfying. If you just can't bring yourself to skip the ‘nog, halve it with skim milk for a protein and calcium boost. Most commercial eggnog is so thick and sweet, you'll barely notice the difference.
