Q: What is the difference between a Medical Community and an Ask a Doctor Forum?
A: In an Ask a Doctor forum your question will be answered by one of the many medical professionals that partners with MedHelp. In addition, other members may add comments to your question as well.

In a Medical Community, your question will be answered by other MedHelp members.

Q: Why do I get a "Forum is Full" message when I try to ask my question?
A: Our medical professionals would love to be able to answer every question our members have, but their capacity is limited each day. If you receive a forum full message, you can try again the next day or you can post in a similar Medical Community forum which all have unlimited questions.

Q: Why do some forums charge fees to ask a question?
A: MedHelp attempts to maximize the number of free questions we can deliver to our members, but in some cases our partners need to charge per question.
