Traffic was busy, got agitated. Got confused as to how to get to the dentist.
still getting agitated over the smallest things.
Couldnt stand even hearings kids playing and talking. very senstive to sound.

severe anxiety and agitation. This seems to be the worst manic- I have been so far during all of this withdrawals from antidepressants.

severe pressure headache, pressure top and back of head.
achy all over. lower back hurts so bad its hard to stand up.
Not sleeping much at all and if I do its not for very long periods.
Finally got call today about talking to the Dr. on Monday.
How can I wait the whole weekend?
Went to Christmas parade, was really having alot of anxiety with the crowd and loud noises.

got a call from Community Healthcore.
theyare still having techinical difficulity with DMS.
Will try to get me a Dr. appointment for tomorrow - Dec. 1
severe anxiety about not getting back on medications yet. Angry, agitated. Helpless
