so I thought i felt you on the 13th of Aug...  it was a vry light fluttery feeling...  i got really excited and stood still hoping to feel it again...  no luck...  guess we will have to wait and see what the future brings...  <3

I wanted to tell my fiance a special way.  Different from how I did it last time. I was looking online at ways other people had given the news. there were so many good ideas. i went with this one...

I went and bought a Daddy-to-be card, a hershey bar, and some pink and blue ribbon.  I got home, (and he was home of course, with his father because they are putting in a brick patio out back!), went into our spare room, aka the nursery!!!, and wrapped the hershey bar so that just the he*she* showed!  I put a little "or" so the hersey bar now said "HE or SHE".  
I was planning on waiting for his dad to leave that night but i couldnt. So thankfully sometime during the afternoon his dad left to get something from the store.
So i called Tony in the house and told him i needed to show him something. I pulled out the "he or she bar" and he looked at it for a minute and cocked his head to the side and said " huh?" " what?" "ARE YOU SERIOUSE!" It was great!!!! I then gave him his card and showed him the test.  Then all afternoon and all night we had to act normal around his dad and a friend of ours who came over. It was hard...

We are waiting to tell people because of what happened last time. We found out we were pregnant on Oct 24th, we told immidiate family, but spilled the beans on Thanksgiving in a huge announcment... then on Dec 10 we found our our baby was gone. So this time i think we are going to wait a little longer... Time will tell...

So today i took my first HPT. It was first thing this morning and your daddy was still sleeping. I took the test and waited for the results. When the Plus sign showed up i wanted to scream. You see... we have been waiting for you for a while now. Not as long as some mommies have been waiting though. I am not telling daddy just yet. Fathers day is coming... i think i might tell him about you then. Love You Baby!
