Lying Awake and Cannot Sleep

I am worried about falling sleep and taking high doses of medication. I am afraid that without sleep, i will either have a seizure, which i am prone to or fall asleep at work. I have a high stress job, anxiety (unknown causes) and really need to get a good nights sleep but am unable to fall asleep quickly and then toss and turn.
