Until early this week I was feeling okay. Had done light work outs (10 min orbital, 10 min walk, 10 min orbital) several times the past two weeks. Then early this week I did yard work in front (racking grass, out of berm, mowing, edging and weed wacking). Legs started to tremble at night and tighten up. Last night it was so bad I woke and couldn't go back to sleep. The day prior and did a more intense work out (30 minutes on orbital). Pain and discomfort is greatest in calves and quads.
