NJ Affiliate of the OCF, Inc. * Mutual support for persons with obsessive compulsive
disorder. Provides newsletter 4 times yr, referrals to professionals, speakers
bureau, fund-raising, education, socials, support group network, phone help,
and literature. Provides assistance in

(Group forming) A possible group for children/teens
who suffer with trichotillomania (compulsive hair pulling) could start in
northern NJ, if there was enough interest and help. Marc would like to hear
from any parents or professionals interested in helping to form such a support
for the kids, or in having their child participate if a group is started. To

obsessive compulsive disorder. Meets 1st & 3rd Thurs., 8-9:30pm,
OCD Families Support Group Mutual support and coping skills for families and friends of
children and adolescents who suffer from obsessive compulsive disorder. Rap
sessions. Meets 1st Sun., 6:30-7:30pm,

Central NJ Affiliate of the Obsessive Compulsive Foundation * Support for any persons concerned
with OCD. Provides rap sessions, guest speakers, phone help and
literature. Meets 2nd Mon., (Mar., June, Sept., Dec.), 7-9pm,
Overcomer’s Outreach Christian 12-Step. Fellowship to
overcome any type of addiction or compulsive behavior, anxiety, depression or
loneliness using God’s word as a basis of recovery. Bible study,
discussion, prayer and phone help. Meets Thurs., 7-8:30pm, Metuchen Assembly of

Rutgers OCD Support Group (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder) * (P) Group provides support &
education for individuals with obsessive compulsive disorder, their

OCA Obsessive-Compulsive Anonymous 12-Step. * Fellowship for
persons affected by obsessive compulsive disorder. Offers mutual sharing,

Dysmorphic Disorder * Brenda is interested in starting a group for
persons with body dysmorphic disorder. If you are interested in helping to

SOMERSET
Obsessive - Compulsive Disorder Support Group * Professionally-run. Support,
education and coping skills for persons suffering with, or recovering from
obsessive compulsive disorder (including trichotillomania). Families
welcome. Building is handicapped accessible. Meets 3rd Thurs., 7:30pm,
Obsessive Compulsive Anonymous * Provides relief or recovery from OCD using the 12-steps of
AA. Sufferers find fellowship & support by sharing experience,
strength, & hope. Must have OCD to attend meetings. Donations optional.
