Thank you for commemorating this day with me :) I just read my pathology report from November 2005...it's impressive - I kinda forgot how bad it was. I am so glad to be here right now and I am glad you are here too. I hope you fight it back into remission where it belongs.

My feet and hands cramp and get a burning, needle pricking, itchy, and feels like hairs on my body feeling all over. My scalp is so itchy and prickly too. I feel like I could go mad from it. GP says I have to see rheumy for treatment. Not coming together easily and not sure what they can do for it anyway. I know that with chemo you can get this. Are they able to do anything to help?

X-mas already? I can't get excited about it till after Thanksgiving. We have our church's winter bazaar this weekend and I'm so busy with that and can't wait for that to be over too. Boy! I sound like Scrooge. Let me know how things are going? Love Lisa

I was reading the post about insurance and you said you had some info you were sending to the lady who posted the question. I am also facing loss of insurance and would love more info on any options for finding coverage. Would you mind pointing me in the right direction for that info or emailing me? Thanks Gail. I appreciate your dedication to this site.

Thanks for the understanding. I did post a journal page about what's happening. Not easy when one of your kids is having major problems. I want to jump in and fix it. But the decision is up to her. Our home is ready and open for her if she wants to stay here. For now we just wait, stay in touch with her, love her. hugs, irene

Thank you yes still smiling it feels great and looks much better, despite the male pattern (baldness) very thin on the crown! Unfortunate long term affect following my 2nd chemo regime last year but won't complain as otherwise am back to normal and enjoying "the next of my nine lives!"

thanks, have told them about the wonderful friends and help i have recieved on this site. I just want to help them and others if i can. Everyone on this sit has been fantastic. the help the support we give each other is insomountable.

Thank you for the note. It has been hard on him. There have been so many ups and downs in his life lately (girl friends) and his funny dog was his anchor in a way. He dreaded the idea of her getting old and dying but he never thought this would happen. And he was so careful about making sure she was safe in the house that night. Not sure how she got out, perhaps through the kitchen window that was open. She loved being near him. He'll get past it but it's been hard for him. Thanks again, irene

Thank you for everything Gail, Appreciate the lovely notes, prayers, and well wishes. Thank God lungs are finally healed. Dealing with the blockage issues as best I can, and will see oncologist about the hernia hopefully it will not require any procedures, I am too tired of hospital visits and operations. Thrilled you are getting your port removed, and feeling so well. sorry away so long, am going to try hard to get in more, and get updated with so many new people.

Thank you for your note Gail. I've been having some pain, mainly on my right side. I'm also weak more days than I am stronger. Oh well, such is the battle...I'm stuck in the battle and must suffer the injuries that run hand in hand with it.

I'm was so happy to see you had a great appt at MDA last week. I hope you will be posting more info about your appt, I am so anxious to hear how you are doing on Aromasin. I am in the process of getting an appt at MDA myself. I would like to go ASAP so I can get off chemo if that's what they advise. I have low-grade cancer too. Any info about MDA (Dr.'s, hotels, etc.) you can give me would be very much appreciated.
