Just a quick note to say hi! Today is my birthday and I made it to 58 yrs. of age. I'm 5'5 and as of this morning, I weighed in at 283.4 lbs. When I look in the mirror I see a barrel with legs:) I have always tried to lose the weight on my on, so this is new to me sharing. I'm emotional eater and not proud of it. But today when I woke up I knew I had to do something about my weight because I'm looking forward to the big 60. Hope all is well. Thanks

Just a quick note to say hi! New today for info re: my husband he's been on fentanyl 100mmg about 10years or so and oxycodone 10mg/APAP325 for breakthru pain. Have trouble last couple of years with patch sticking in summer hot and humid her. need info on covers that helps. Thanks

ok i am very concern i have not had a period in about 2 1/2 years..the other day i just starting spotting dark brown like a period and lite redish pinkish. can i be pregant?

Well awhile ago i suffered severe anxiety and panic attacks. I saw a doctor ans was put on xanax . I'am currently taking 4mg daily for the last four years, if i just stop i have seizures, which are scarry as hell. So this new psyc who is very nice wan ts to tryklonpin which i've heard is what they ween you off with. But she wants to start with 1mg in morn and 1mg at night. i think it would be better t start te i mg 3 times a day,.she also wants to see me in two weeks tosee how im doing instead of the 60 day next appt jut want to know if anyone knows about this Thomas
