3-5 times of gym is pretty active. I started to train a week ago, and at present i am confining myself to just 2 times a week. Not easy to stay motivated on resistance training when one is an active smoker. Anyways, I train at my home.

I think skipping rope is a good cardio exercise. I am planning to add that to my workout.

New to posting here, can you tell me anything you would recommend for weight gain. My 19 year old son has been having diaphramic spasms and has lost a lot of weight. He has severe reactions to drugs. We also have to be careful not to give him to many vitamins like cooper. All the weight gainers I see have so many vitamins. I am trying to find someone who is educated in alternative treatments and nutrition. Thank you for your time.
