Welcome to our community! We are so glad you are here. Too often sky high medical bills and inability to pay can certainly interfere with getting adequate medical treatment. We are trying to help those who don't know where to go for that help. Have A Very Blessed Day Brenda

Just a quick note to say I made it and am at 1 week today!!! I feel good but just don't sleep much right now!

Just a quick note to say I'm doin well and got thru the worst!! The leg shakes have gotten better but the sleep is still nowhere to be found... I can however eat and drink my soda which is awesome! I even had some ice cream last night!

Last year I could barely walk, I lost my summer in part for the pain, the overweight, you know, but this treatment helped: nerve blocks w/ trigger point injections with marcaine. And 3 times yearly steroid injections. Hope u r doing better

keep going, it will get better and you will be free from codein addiction....Its 2 months now since my withdrawal on the 14th Sept 2010. Feel alot better but still have slight headaches and feel a little weak.....Walking a long way is difficult but I keep pushing the distance.....My doctor told me that depending on how many tablets people took at one go and for how long, weeks or years, it could affect the immune system and would take time to repair.....I was foolishly taking 20 30mg tablets a day over a couple of hours for over 4 years so it will probably take me longer to reach full normality. I have written to the BMC (British medical council) and sent them some extracts of letters written by people trying to withdraw here on the internet. Get well soon and good luck....jim1840

Congratulations! I hope I'm not way too late to congratulate you on your new job. Is it this Monday, as in August,1st? There is nothing more exciting than starting a new job. That usually means opening up doors that were previously closed, especially in this down time. Anything to keep the mind occupied is a good thing.

thinkin boutcha!!! :-) Just wanted to letcha know I have used the guideline you sent me.. (OTC meds/ cocktail ) and SO Far in 2 weeks I have improved Tremendously!!! Dont know if its a "placebo" effect or the ingredients really have worked??..WHATEVER the case I am stickin to it...REALLY hate the taste of Tonic water but again...with ALL the shots of Tequilla and Jager i tossed back in my late teens and ALL through my 20's makes this a breeze!
