Just a quick note to say hi! U are such a encourgment to me. I am in the mid 200s and cant concieve I have been trying for 3 years.Wut did u do?? I mean I lost 30lbs but 30 just aint enough to help

yeah 2nd and 3rd trimester was the worst for me BUT 15weeks-25 weeks i was AWESOME! the last tri seemed to be the worst though! But def worth it!!!! :)
