Did I tell you lately how much I love the weight tracker???
I needed to shed some weight that I gained while training for the marathon (mostly it was after the marathon lol) and the tracker kept me in line!!!

thanks for the words of encouragement, i've reached massive limits for weight, i got to 285lb which was really scary. now things are going the right direction ;)

I was going to suggest diet caffeine-free coke instead of cold turkey. They taste the same.

i know what you mean about aggressive retailers, same thing in ensenada, but got some nice dresses for my daughter ;)
