I am already on meds for depression and anxiety, so I'm a bit scared. But at least I am going to clear myself of this virus, I hope. How are you doing? I hope everythings okey. Let me know. Blue
Thanks for your post. I will have to check with my liver doctor to see if it is safe for me to take those things you mentioned. I dont know yet what the side effects will be with my treatment.
For years I was taking Fosmax . But about a year ago my primary doctor said it could cause a lot of damage due to long time usage. She said only take extra strength tums with calcium. I really dont know if that is best I can do. I think maybe I will get a second opinion. Well I hope you have a blessed day. Blue
Just a quick note to say hi! Thanks Silver, for responding quickly. I cant afford the book, but maybe I mention the treatment you are on. I hate being almost 65, because everything changes and I do mean everything. I just want to get up one morning without pain. If its not one thing, its another. I just love all the people on these forums. They are so caring. Well I gotta go, so have a blessed day. Blue
Just a quick note to say hi!Hi, my name is Bluebird and I would like to ask you a few questions about back aches and bruises. I have hepititis c and waiting on treatment in may. When I get up in the morning, I am able to stand for about 5minutes before excruciating pain in my back starts. I can hardly move. I feels like an elephant sat on me. I dont know what to do about it and I am scared of chiropracters. They got a bad name. I am going on 65 and feel like 80. I hope to hear from you soon. Blue

Just a quick note to say hi! Hi, Silverfox! Now I know why you're called Silverfox69, because you're 69! Neat! I'm 69, too! I live in western Pennsylvania, we moved here in January from Florida. I am now reading a book about the bad effects of wheat, called "Wheat Belly." Imagine I might have to give up my bagel :-( in the morning. I think I'm addicted right now -- but I'm working on it.
Do you know anything about Lucentis for Macular? My mom just had her first injection and she is so so tired. Its not like her.
Hope you are well!
Just a quick note to say hi! ok I am sorry new to this place so have good day

You deserve a big bear hug! Thanks for all the advice you gave given me an the fact that you respond up me :-)
Just a quick note to say hi! I have been reading all your comments in the general health forum, I am the mod there and I sure do appreciate all the knowledge you are giving others. Sadly, not enough of the "natural way" is done anymore. You are a wealth of knowledge.
My main doctor in the states is a naturopath, I really respect them and learn so much from them.
I see you live in Arizona, many years ago, I lived in Tucson, lovely state.
Just a quick note to say hi! Back from Vegas again. This time I was prepared for the worst backpain again. Rest and muscle relaxants seem to be all I need now, I have kept the supplement names in my purse but have not found it yet.
My lumbar back MRI report is not so nice. DDD is worse and disc at L4-5 is causing havoc, However I think it is under control now. If it gets bad bad I add the heating pad to rest, Also take an occasional muscle relaxant that is weak enough not to make me "out to lunch." Thank you for writing back to me so promptly. Chuckie
Never heard of Essiac or CPO. Sure would give it a try. Age 70 and still want to avoid surgery for my back spurs and hip DJD. Thanks so much for the tip. Going on vacation and will keep this tip in mind should I have a painful episone!.
