I am cracking up because of the pic of you and the GH guys!  I was reading your wig post when I saw them in your pix. You know I am a florist and my boss gave me the weekend off the week we did Steve Burtons wedding!  I didn't know until after the fact! Anyway nice to have something else in common (GH) other that HCV.
P.S I am really liking that Dominic guy now :)

Just a quick note to say hi! I read in one of your posts about UDT. I'm a rapid responder and have neen UDT  @4,12,24,and 4 months post by the bDNA test >615. Had 6 month post today and awaiting results for geno 2b and 3.3. Is the >615 accurate enough tocelebrate if I'm UDT at 6 monyhs even tho the test has higher thresholds ? I'm nervous now should I get a better test outside the VA to be sure ?

Thank you for everything!   Yes it is a blessing to get that news, and I guess I shouldn't be so surprised about the diabetes, I guess it never really does go away.. just gets in check.    The doc called this morning with the results, but of course I was at work and they called my cell phone. so I just got the message when I left for lunch to call them  back, and they are at lunch, so will call on my way back.      So will find out where we go from here.   Yes I understand about the being straight forward on things.   we have to see the negative too, just in case, so we don't have such a let down in the end.  Just in case it didn't work.   I was so nervous waiting for my first labs on whether I beat it or not.     And now I am just ecstatic about it.  So no more testing then ? done ?

You're so funny saying you're a big chicken baby.  I had to chuckle.  Never seen a chicken go 72 ;)  Only missing 3 days of work, too.  The only day I missed was because I totally forgot to go.  And that was only about week 36-and only working part time.  Chicken?   I think not!  Baby...perhaps.  If by baby you meant babe, lol!!  Iz

Just a quick note to say hi!
Hallo, just read too had genotype 1 and 2 just the same like me. Not often I see this double inf.
I have been on treatment in 3 mnd now, and was free from the virus after 4 week. I start with 2700000 copy of the virus.
I scanned my liver (6,4) and they tell me that I had not any fibrosis. Why do you get treated in 72 weeks?
I think I have to take the medication in 48 weeks? and feel bad after treatment start, 38 weeks to go :)

Thanks so much for taking time from work to find me that link.  I'm glad to know you are doing well.  I'm fairly new to this website and people have been so helpful.  I had a very bad experience with interferon before and I'm hoping the non-interferon regimen will be an option for me.

Thanks sweetie,
I sure felt all the prayers, positive thoughts, and chants in the ICU.

While in the midst of a morphine induced dark dream, I saw seated golden Thai buddhas floating in a circular pattern upwards. On the top sat our friend Ekaphon, a monk. His face brought me calm.
The next morning, my husband said, " Ekaphon emailed us. He apologized for not emailing sooner but said he was chanting for you."

My best wishes for your daughters health.

Thanks again, Deb.

Hey there!
I just saw your post about the swine flu, somehow made me think of the line, if pigs had wings...

Actually, I just want to say hi and how much I appreciate you being your helpful self.

I'm doing well~ just dealing with the difficulty of getting off prednisone, but that's just time and my having to be patient.
Keep smiling!
Hugs, OH

I wonder if you know just how inspirational
and infomative your posts are.
When I first started this journey(2 years ago) and the bottom seemed to be  falling out of my pail you said keep going. Now I'm at week 25. Thanks for all you do for so many
lost souls that end up here confused and scared.

Just a quick note to say hi! I just got my four week results and I am undetected!!! I am in awe. Tomorrow I will see what the doc wants to do now. He stopped my treatment last week cause my neurophytes ( I think thats right) were down to .119 after a neupogen shot. I have taken two more this week trying to get them back up. In the morning I will find out if it worked and how the doc wants to handle this now that I am undetected. The nurse is the one who gave me the results this morning. I really am in awe after all of these years to have an undetected test for Hepatitis C. Praise God, He gets all the glory!!!

Funny you would mention Colostrum for disease treatrment . I seem to remember some studies that did focus on using it for a cure for some auto immune , or Hep  like diseases . And i cant remember outcomes but recomended larger studies , no defined cures were associated with colostrum . I really did lots of research years ago on Colostrum , i had real bad Phorisis , and it really does keep it under control , NOT cure it . So when i got detected with hep -C , had it 39 years ago at 19 yrs old , i was hesitent to use Colostrum but everyone i asked said the same , its food .   Thank God I am und at 4 weeks and still und at 12 weeks . And ( lol ) rash is leaving . Funny my Doctor told me under no circumstances use Tylenol use Ibuprofen .  Be Good sail

The nuns told me it would make me go blind too. I do wear bifocals now - but all things considered, it should probably be a lot worse....

Well, it's back up... strange... For a second I thought I was delirious. There... gone.. there..

I'm in no way gonna start dieting. I don't usually eat junk as it is... besides the marshmallows... Mike and I had pizza the other night and some coke (the drink). Well enough, we both broke out in pimples the next day. And it was a good quality pizza too, from this nice Italian pizzeria down the road. Vegetarian with smoked cheese, rucola, fresh cherry tomatoes and thin slices of parmiggiano on top. Mmmmm.... pimples, can you imgagine, both him and I.... arggggghhhh

That is soooo what my son Mike does. He gets these thin chocolate squares, if not he pokes a piece of chocolate into the marshmallow and roasts it. Guess I gotta stop it and become 'rail thin', but how will I be able to keep my a§§... Apropos azz,
Looks like we did get rattamatazzed....  I wonder how that happens. Why would people come and read notes that were sent to me? That's strange

LOL.... that's hilarious. The horsing around thing I have used so many times, shouldn't be a problem. If it is, I'll start pigging around.... or maybe I should start pigging out, a few roasted marshmallows and a caffé latte should do... I'm off to the store to get some marshmallows! ......... there she went.....

What a shame, we lack sufficient command of English to appreciate the brilliant insights of leafblower.  She must be the world's foremost expert on EVERYTHING.  Why, oh why do we even bother with doctors?!?  All that wasted money when all we had to do was ask the guru.  I feel so inadequate, don't you?
