Just wanted to let you know I can relate. If you ever want to talk, you know where to find me. gollyned2@yahoo,com is best to contact me one on one. tell me about your dogs. I have 3. is a water tracker to increase your water intake? I take Topomax & must increase my water intake-what a concept. weight tracking is so depressing. I thought I had lost 10 lbs, but scales were off & instead, I had gained 3. Ah, life!

sorry for the typos. I meant "not" only that but... It must be an autism thing to be angry at ones self for being angry at ones self for being upset over being upset over what is supposedly a minor thing. In other words the biggest upset is about not being able to control one's emotions no matter what effort one puts into "controlling"... The best way to cope with it seems to either get the issue resolved or realize it is okay to feel whatever way the body wants to choose at the given moment and find something else to do and focus my mind on while my body wants to feel whatever...

Thanks for the note. I'm still feeling emotinally iffy, but overall better... I updated my journal associated. I think I may have learned anotehr thing about myself. It's possibly an autistic thing to struggle with the issue of being fully aware that the "trigger" is a minor issue and that my thoughts about it are warped, but yet _still_ be unable to change that feeling...no matter what... and only that but be angry with myself over being angry with myself over a minor thing on top of it...

You deserve a big bear hug! How nice of you to send the note. I am doing some serious thinking about a possible new medication for me. I just get tired of food responses/ setbacks. Thanx again :O) Snooze
