You deserve a big bear hug! You are a Survivor ...... and this is Thyroid Awareness Month ......... thanks so much for the note -- we go back a very long time .. it's been 3yrs since my surgery and all is well by me except I struggle with a severe Vit D deficiency which, with meds, is just fine. Have they checked yours? It made a world of difference going on the Vit D .. many on thyroid have low levels! Belated Happy New Year!

Just a quick note to say hi! my TSH been good on synthyroid 37.5mcg lost 35 lb still living GF my vit b 12 is off , vit D back to normal , more energy just anxiety i reduced the synthyoid to 25mcg for 1 mo started getting heavy more fatigue weird...happy healthy New Year 2010

Tks time flys and so are my pre preparations for all my adventures, started working for a new nursing company and now i have to have surgery so that goes over well i'm sure? they said they understand, have a city housing grant and my house is a nightmare moving everything for them and trying not to think about 11/10 but my GF Menu is working i'm stocking up on rice cake snacks and soy rice crisp snacks and potato puff etc havning trouble with beef and steak for some reason , ckn is ok turkey is coming up! just bought new non bouillion paste designed for GF person i think
