Its hard I Know, I still think about how I felt which was a good "high"{energy lifter but still I always felt guilty. I hope things get better for you. Its a daily struggle I Know. Its so wierd how I look back and how taking them so much just creeped up on me, first It was just one every now and then then it became all i thought about and lets not even talk about the money i spent. But Life is so much better without them. And I Hope your trip goes great, Try and just keep busy thats what I have done. And Just really had to be tough with myself , I started with a taper and messed up then I started again and then at the end I flushed what I had left and Jumped and its going good, I have bad days also but I am not counting the days anymore which for me is great! :) take care of you!
