I'm 22 and trying to get over some of the worst anxiety I have ever had.  I am doing much better but for nearly 4 months I was almost completely bed ridden.  My anxiety is mostly about my heart.

being in the 90s is much better than 190! it sounds like your anxiety is coming down. i do hope your feeling better. those darn panic attacks! i know what your going through because i've had lots and lots of them. i'm glad you have pictures, it's nice to see who your talking to. take care. corena

i am so sorry i never ment to scare you .you proberly do have anxiety . i just knew this heart thing was different than my panic attacks i just know something is wrong and never for one minute believe it was anxiety wich you do so must be anxiety you can tell what anxiety feels like.

No no NO ignore the chest pains, sigh. Hun, seriously the more you think about them the worse they will become, trust me, I know from experience. Too bad you dont live in MN I would take you out on my boat, that would get your mind off of it =) Hang in there.

I'm sorry that the prozac is not dealing well with your anxiety. You know, that it's considered one of the more energizing of AD's...it can make some people feel nervous. You should discuss this with your Dr. if it continues....don't suffer.....
