Thank you for the kind words Dee. I hope all is well with you these days and you are enjoying your SVR!
Dee - Sorry I haven't replied (yet) to your last message. Been quite a roller coaster ride for me lately. See my status/about me for more. Hope all is well with you
Hi Dee...I saw your post on fibro sx...and you said you took another AD other than Cymbalta. Can I ask what you took? What kinds of sx did you experience? Are you still taking it? Thanks!
Just a quick note to say hi! I still plan on trying to get together with you when I come to Fairfax! Most likely Tuesday late afternoon early evening time June 4. I will probably try to see my uncles for dinner. They live in Fairfax Station. If your still up to meeting I will text you a couple days before. It seemed like forever ago when I made the trip plans and now its just in a couple of weeks. I dont know if IM READY! (But looking forward to getting back to VA)
Just a quick note to say hi! saw your post on sholder pain I have been havjng simular problems for years just had a mylagram done last month central cord comression c3-t2 femoral compression c4,5,6,7 I was wondering on interfuron what was the cause of muscle pain was it ever defined? I can only sleep on my back either side causes great pain down both arms and hands not much help with the opiates and always worried about side effects any advice thanks
Just a quick note to say hi!
And thank you for your support :)
Thanks, for your good cheer!
I'm really glad you didn't "make a break for it!"
I'm going to remember that bit of wisdom.
I was just too scared to stop early.
No bravery on my part...
Just a quick note to say hi! And thank you for your input, and I have found getting out and," pushing the envelope" can be a good thing. Got me a little color, and have become aware I can do this and be active within limits. Just another huge hurdle I had to face and overcome. Had I not allowed myself the chance to work through my discomforts I would have found myself being a couch potato for the entire 48 weeks, but honestly had I not begun getting around more I really doubt I could last another 6+ months of this tx.
Just a quick note to say hi! Thank you for your note. I never knew how to respond to a note until now. My fear is long gone now. I have had a bit of insomnia, some tiredness but my fever and chills are all but gone now. 48 weeks of treatment still seems like forever. I haven't missed any work though for more than a month.
Thank you Dee - lets hope it stays that way.....:)
Good photos. I'm super busy with gardening and happy in my new home.
Wishing you the best.
Hugs to you Dee. Getting ready to go sign off and just wanted to say goodnight.
I've been looking around my neglected garden. After almost two years of doing nothing I may tackle a small section at a time. I guess I'll have to put together a "to do" list. Almost everything around me is in a mess. I've managed to keep my parents homes and business together. Now I need to try to pull my life, and home together. I'm glad you gave a reminder
Thank you for thinking of me. Things are quiet at the moment. I'm not sure if that's good or bad. But it's quiet. For now. :)
Thanks. This is such a freaking brutal disease, I am never certain if I say the right thing.
Your note came at the right moment, helped remind me of the sweetness in the world.
Thanks again :)
Just wanted to say thanks for support during my tx. You were vital to my getting thru 48 weeks of torture. luv reva
Thanks for your note Dee.
I try not to worry too much about the state of things, I don't think excess worry helps us heal. Still, I try to be informed.
Whenever it gets to be too much, I just stick my head back in the sand, hahaha.
Hope you are well, Dee. I think about you a lot even if I don't write and I send you lots of positive thoughts (you tend to engender that in people, I think:) )
Just a quick note to say hi! Yeah, That will be awesome! We will have to send a pic of us with our bracelets on and send one to tiredofhepc! Did you hear he is SVR? He is not on medhelp anymore but he sent me a text the other day!!
Dee, welcome to the mutual admiration club! I always think your answers are wonderful - informative thoughtful and kind.
thank you, increasing my water intake helped.
You deserve a big bear hug! So happy to get the newa of svr for you! Were the side effects awful? I'm on so much other med that I am too chicken to do it.
Just a quick note to say hi!eh Dee just noticed your comment, thank it is greatly appreciated.
Thanks for asking and feeling great, how about you? Cant believe its been a year that I finished treatment......time flys doesnt it? Hope all is well with you and take care :)
I'm smart I just stayed in the house :) Now it's incredibly foggy because it's 42 and drizzling so the air is just full can't see a foot in front of yourself just about - that too me is more dangerous. They dont give us fog days ;)
Just a quick note to say hi! This is 2nd day of tx. 20 hrs after Peg shot a mild fever started. It went as high as 101.3 but has come down to 100.6. No other sx to report. This treatment gives me the creeps when I look at the shots etc. Was scared yesterday
Hi Dee, thanks for the note. We are both well. His last appt with his hepa was in November, no signs of cancer, and no signs of decompensation. We are just waiting for the next treatment to become available.
How are you?
Ahoy Dee! THANKS SO MUCH for your comment on my status (I never noticed any of them before I saw your name up there). I hope you are well these days. I always feel relieved and OK when I see you pop in ★¸¸.☆
You're such a sweetie! It sounds like you are doing great! What a difference a year can make, huh? xoxo Karen:)
Just a quick note to say hi! Hope you are doing well, Dee. :)
Happy New Year Dee!!!
