Hey! Yea we all have our good and bad days, I dont want to be on the medication anymore, since I feel like the lexapro started wearing off ....the klonopin is still a lifesaver for me too, i use it as needed for emergency panic attacks, I stopped taking the lexapro and I am impressively doing well off of it except I get headaches sometimes. What I find really helpsme more than anything is therapy, excercise, writing and reading, it all keeps me level headed and calm. Are you seeing someone for your anxiety?  Hope your doing well! Let me know. I believe I am on my way to recovery, its amazing the things I do now.

im feeling exactly the same way as yours but bad for me, i havent seen a doctor yet. im soo afraid they might diagnose me with SOME OTHER SERIOUS DISEASE which I find it very painful to accept if ever. But right now my panic attacks are not that crippling. i can manage it.. i guess! with God's grace I know everything will be in order. hope to hear from you soon friend =)

Hey girlie. Thanks for addding me. That is weird how we're on the same dosage. I was doing great for awhile....but this morning especially wasnt so good. I had a panic attack driving. But I cant complain because my anxiety is still at a minimum. Its just when I go out I feel enough anxiety to be annoying, where its hard for me to go out in public, the klonopin still helps....but before I'dd be ok with just the lexapro and now I feel like the klonopin is the lifesaver. I hate this feeling! But I know if I just stay positive, do the breathing techniques and stay on the meds, ill be ok, it just doesnt feel that way right now, im scared! How is it working for you? How long have you been on this dosage?

I see you have as your intrests clonazepam & lexapro. I am on these too for major anxiety issues, and you had a bout with IBS. (As do I) Hang in there.
