Hi MJ Thank you.. she was a lil Black Hooded Conure Parrot.. she was actually very sweet.. we miss her as does baby he has been with her 16 years.. he is a yellow headed amazon I'm lucky he is very attached to barny another parrot I have who is a double yellow amazon.. the house is quieter and it seems a lil emptier but I'm grateful for the time we had.. I only hope it was because she was old and nothing more.. I hope you are doing ok I have read you may be going through and are going through a lot of changes.. sometimes change brings very good things my friend :) warmly lesa

You are in my thoughts and prayers.oh girl i am so sorry!i had a 3 year old cat go thru that years ago...he is long gone now but i caught him early and one surgery and a change of diet did it!did ur granma have the money?how would u have gotten that amount of money?oh i am so sorry u had to watch him go when he didn't want to...oh i feel so bad for u...he is at the Rainbow Bridge now....sigh...big cyberhug!

Hi MJ I hope your spirits are improving a lil Thank you for stopping by and leaving a comment on my photo... I had just lost Chippy a bird I had for 14 years.. I know the sadness but I truly believe we will meet our pet companions again.. with warm thoughts for you my young warrior friend. lesa

it might have been H1N1 I am not sure. She has been doing better today her fever is down and I kept her very hydrated.

Hi there. So sorry to hear about Sahib. Sounds like what I went through with.my Dutchess. She was 14. She got to where she couldn't get out of her bed and lost control of her bladder. I drove as fast as I could to an emergency vet (was a Sunday) and ran in the door with her in my arms. Within 5 minutes the vet came out and delivered the news. She had passed on. But she still lives on in my heart and in my dreams, as well as every animal I can show kindness to. At least until we meet again. Take care, Gerry

Oh that is sad news. I know what it feels like having lost my two precious kitties whilst I was overseas. Just rejoice in remembering Sahib. Know that he's now in peace with my cats in kitty kat heaven.

Hi MJ I have been kinda quiet a lot going on at home.. other then that ok. sorry to hear you have had a rough week. I was glad to read sahib is back home. I would miss mine like crazy when they had to stay at the vets. I hope he is doing better and they were able to clear up the crystallization.. Swampy's aunt's cat Winston has the same problem as your cat. Its something that happens in young cats sometimes. There is a surgery that can correct it if its too bad.
Poor kitty! This is painful for them. Thankfully, there are good vets who know what to do.
