You're in my thoughts all the time, but especially today. Hy boron's how are u doing these day's I'm doing ok I had alot of pain again last week,all week to my belly eating soya cheese and soya moilk that I had to stop eating it,I feel much better now,I start to eat some green bean's this evening at dinner time and oatmeal at breakfast this morning I did digest it good I'm glad It make me happy now I can start to eat a bit more and different I do have to watch what I eat but it's getting there.I went to my brother cottage this weekend and it was a very hot and very nice weekend.it feel's good just changing site.GTG take care of yourself ok and dont do much,your friend Carmelle,please reply back give me your new's ok

hi boron just a note to let you know how im doing ? i had surgery for a large rectocele in oct o7 had starr procedure ? then had hystrectomy in jan o8 ? then at beggining of july had anteria rectopexy they did open abdominal surgery a big incision down my naval and resection . ive got to go for barium meal any day now because proff thinks because my bowels not been working properly for a long time he thinks acid has caused narrowing in my gullet i went for endoscopy down my throat but couldnt tolerate it can they strech my gullet under general anasthetic ive also got to have all my teeth removed because acid has took all my enamel off them and its badly decayed them so one can only imagine what its done to my gullet thanks for youre in put its much appreciated

You are in my thoughts and prayers.Hy boron how are u feeling today I'm felling just find Yes it's true I'm lucky to have a Dietition,I went to see her last week and told me to eat a very small portion,and eat like a little mice.I'm starting to eat soya product wich I love very much,I do drink alot of water at least 3 litres a day I take walk regalar walk for 15 min after each meal's cause I have hard time to digest my food.Walking fast give Stress to your intestine.I do eat psyllum 1 TBSP at each meal's that help me to go for a BM I go now 3 time a day,but it's still constipated but it's working.I'm glad I have help I wish other's like me would have a Dietition like me anyway gtg have a wonderfull week talk to u later ok take care Carmelle

Just a quick note to say hi! Good evening boron how are u had a lovely weekend had a lovely weekend with mom and dad and sister's,I came back tonight I was bak to be on net again.to give new to my friend's.I went to see my Psyciatrist yesterday and ask him to reffered me to see my GI and he said no there is nothing you can do about IBS you must live with it.I'm still glad I have a dietition maybe she can help me.to find one.Do you no If or where can i look for some easy snack's cause I need to eat every 2 hrs and I dont no what to eat anymore Please help.Carmelle

Just a quick note to say hi! Good evening boron how are u doing I'm not doing good Last evening I was bloated like a baloon it was like I was pregant again full of gassssssss again.On Tuesday I ate for Breakfast 1/4 toast 1 omelet,fruit salad.for Lunch I had 1 slice tomatoe+2 slice of cold meat,1/2 slice of bread,later on 1 fruit.Then fo Supper I had 2 wenner's+1 banana,and that it for the evening.I felt soooooooo uncomfortable it was awfull.Today Wednesday I had a bad headache,very sleepy and tired and if I go to bed in the day I dont sleep at night I'm upside down.I had for Breakfast on Wednesday 1/4 toast+jam+1 omelet,For Lunch at 4:oopm I had chicken sandwich with wong-tong soup,for snack 1 pear at 7:30 pogo

Thanks again for all the helpful insights. I did some looking into SOD and it is very interesting. Sounds like my doc does not do this type of evaluation, rather than it not being well documented. I'll put this on my list to discuss with my PCP and GI's.

hi boron im very sorry ive accidently wiped your notes of my email so havent read them im gutted very sorry can you post notes again been back to gp today she says mri shows gross pelvic weakness and surgeon says that he might have to put me a stoma on until my bowel heals im very upset and very frightenend thankyou for your notes even though i havent read them my head is all over the place as my surgery is in two weeks because my surgeon is at tripartite in boston doing seminars as he is a professor any info is greatly appreciated

hi boron can you please tell me ive had a large rectocele had this repaired also hystrectomy for prolapse what i would like to know is ??? what is internal prolapsing mucosa gastro saw it during a colonoscpy also had defecating proctogram is this lining of bowel im going to have anteria rectopexy op in next couple of weeks through abdomen is it this ? whats irritating my bowel and do you think ill get better after this procedure i have lost a lot of weight already and not dieted i just feel full after very small amount any info would be much appreciated as im worried about surgery thankyou

Just a quick note to say hi!boron's,how are u well my update to my IBS is that I'm seen by a Dietition right now and it's marvellous I have to go a few time's by she helping me alot,she what's me to take some psyllium 1 TBSP each meal,take 2 litres of water every day and had up every day till I drink 3 litres.Exercise every day walking for 15 min at a slow paste.eat every 2 hours for the hold day.Take some stool softner 2 in morning 2 at bedtime.I must eat insoluble fiber,like soya,wheat corn ingred.as for calcium I must take 1000mg 4x a day,then eat country harvest bread.It was nice of u that I took time to send you my message.Good night pogo514

Just a quick note ! Well I got my test back and it is precancerous,
I sat and had a long talk with my pcp today. He said if she waites a nother 4 to 6 months to look at it again and then he it is still turning,
then he would get it out then. In 4 to six months who knows?I am just the one who has it , not the one who decides how to treat it! So
thats it for now. I did do alittle sy thoe when he said precancerous.
It just gives me alittle more time here! Talk at ya later!
