You're in my thoughts all the time, but especially today. Just wanted to say hi Swampy, hadn't heard from you. Got news today, saw the doc... official diagnosis - Hypothyroidism with Neuropathy, connective tissue disease of the esophagus. Doc set up scope down the throat(puttin me to sleep), EMG (pokin me with needles), and we'll go from there he said???? What do you think about that for a days work?

Happy 4th to you also. Fireworks are legal in SOME parts of Louisiana...not all. I grew up in Baton Rouge and they were never legal as far back as I can remember. We would always have to drive to another Parish and buy them, bring them home and run when we would see the police.... We had fun though.

Thanks Swampy for the kind thoughts. It's actually really nice here. Spent the day working in an air-conditioned hotel room and then off to dinner and drinks. It was perfectly warm outside without a jacket. Very nice!

My baby Splash is a gelding and he is 5 now...he has grown so much since I bought him or had the opportunity to be his owner. He is so wonderful. The mare with the blue eyes is my son's horse who just had the little filly who I wrote about in my journal. She was unexpected. We were told the mare may be pregnant but was suppose to be due in April, well, April came and went and we had a baby June 11th. She is so cute, check her pics out, I just posted them today.
