Hi, how are you feeling. Doctor's office called yesterday and asked me to add 75iu of menopur along with other meds. I am going for u/s and blood work tomorrow.
E2 level yesterday was 265.

Thank you for everything! They didn't do u/s. Nurse said they have changed the protocol across the board and will not be doing u/s until 8 days into meds. I am hoping that it works this time I am tired of the failures..

How are you feeling today? I just got back from the hospital. I got the chance to talk my nurse and explained my concerns. She said she will be my voice and will talk to my RE today and then she would discuss it the other RE who is in charge of my IVF cycle. Hope to get a good outcome.

You are right. I will wait for tomorrow and see what they will come up with. I am going to meet my nurse tomorrow and see what she has to say. I am going ask questions. I dont want to waste my time and money on this and to know that it is not working.

I am not understanding what they are trying to do. I called the hospital and left a message to my doctor. The nurse just called and said they might have not put me on menopur because my blood level is not what they expected. This is just worrying me. I will see what they will tell me after tomorrow's result.

no u/s till now. I have to go for blood work tomorrow and will see what they have to say after the results. Yesterday Estradiol level was 80. The nurse said they will start me on Menopur when the level reaches 200.

I am frustrated. not understanding this protocol. I started with stimulants(150 units at night) from thursday. Went for blood work on sunday and after the results I have been asked to continue with the same dose.. I dont know why are they not aggressive with my meds. Will I get enough eggs. How many days after starting the stimulants would the retrieval be?

been out of touch for awhile with you just wanted to check in see how things are. i read your journal entry and am dealing w a similar situation. i understand and agree with what you are feeling. i am currently on my 2 ww from this second cycle and only at day 2!

I am doing well, excited but nervous. From my past iVF I know that things could change. So we will see, but I want to stay positive. I think that matters.

I am doing alright. very anxious though. I was going through the medicine list what my doc called in to the pharmacy. Novarel is missing.. I dont know how they missed it. I haven't got the meds yet. I have call the nurse and check with her.

Did you talk to your doctor about the headache?? I hope you feel better. I am doing alright. Started with Lupron on 19th 10 units. Ending BCP today. Have to wait for the bleed and then call the nurse. I was wondering why they did not give me Menopur in the first IVF cycle.. was that alright? How is the Menopur shot given?
