You are in my thoughts and prayers. and I thank you so much for your concern amd way to go with that 5 month mark. i cannot wait till i hit 1 month. celebrated 96 hours tonight and felt very proud of myself. i dont know if i could do it without this forum and all these wonderful great people helping me. i feel much better tonight. I actually ate a good meal and did some light housework tonight but i still feel low and empty and of course vrey sad for screwing myself up in such a mess but i will stand tall and i won't fall. I never want to go back to that horror of worrying about pills again. Please keep in touch with me and hugssssssssssssssssssss to you too. God Bless Us All
